Digital Marketing Manager.

The Role

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid media - Meta & Google)
• Create and refine content across channels
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
• Liaise with our Marketing Director to align strategy and execution
• Track performance, generate insights, and optimise campaign results
• Plan and deliver marketing events including retreats and live experiences
• Support the coaching brand's expansion into wider business areas as needed

The Candidate

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in coaching or professional services
• Hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising
• Confident in creating email sequences and managing CRM systems
• Strong content creation and editing skills
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
• Comfortable working independently
• Passion for personal development, coaching, or wellbeing is a bonus
