As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will help take the company's marketing to the next level. If you're passionate about digital marketing and love the idea of working with a values-led business that prioritises personal growth and positive change, this role is for you!
The Role
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimise digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid media - Meta & Google)
- Create and refine content across channels
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
- Liaise with our Marketing Director to align strategy and execution
- Track performance, generate insights, and optimise campaign results
- Plan and deliver marketing events including retreats and live experiences
- Support the coaching brand's expansion into wider business areas as needed
The Candidate
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in coaching or professional services
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising
- Confident in creating email sequences and managing CRM systems
- Strong content creation and editing skills
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
- Comfortable working independently
- Passion for personal development, coaching, or wellbeing is a bonus
