Are you looking for a new role in Paid Media for a global digital performance agency that provides Media, Technology, and Creative Services to blue-chip and SME clients? There is no big ego's in the agency, culture and staff well-being mean everything to this agency!

As the Head of Biddable, you will be responsible for the leadership of the Biddable division and strategic governance of all major client accounts! You will work across, Technology, FMCG, Software, and Retail clients.

The Role:

• Responsible for leading the Biddable division for the performance agency.
• Responsible for supporting the Senior Leadership Team with agency vision, agency strategy, and best practices.
• Responsible for growing the agency's paid media product offering.
• Responsible for maintaining a culture of development and learning across the agency.
• Responsible for managing a team of Account Directors.
• Responsible for supporting new business and agency projects.
• Responsible for acting as the face of Biddable for the agency at industry events.

The Candidate:

• 6 years plus experience working in PPC or Paid Social.
• Experienced in managing a team.
• Experienced in managing and challenging clients.
• Experience in supporting or leading new business.
• Ability to get stuck in and willing to be hands-on at times.
