A leading events and hospitality business is seeking a Head of Corporate Sales to drive revenue growth and lead its high-performing commercial team. This is a senior role focused on strategy, team leadership, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing

  • Mentor and inspire the sales team, driving performance and development

  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and data-driven insights for leadership

Previous Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales leadership, ideally within events, hospitality, or catering

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen

  • Confident with data, reporting, and CRM tools
