Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)
Contract: Full-time | €60,000-€70,000 + equity

I am recruiting for a Head of Marketing with a fast-growing B2B tech events company that is driving Europe's Deep Tech Revolution. They are building Europe's leading deep tech capital and customer acquisition marketplace, combining a business intelligence and matchmaking platform with a flagship conference.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for a growth marketer ready to lead across performance marketing, brand, content, and community development - driving awareness, engagement, and revenue for one of Europe's most exciting B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Value Proposition: Co-develop messaging and positioning for core audiences including start-ups, corporates, scale-ups, and investors.
• Brand & Content Strategy: Lead the brand's evolution with impactful campaigns, a clear visual identity, social media, SEO, and engaging content.
• Performance Marketing: Run data-led experiments across paid channels (search, social, affiliate) to maximise CAC efficiency and ROAS.
• Audience & Community Growth: Scale the company's ecosystem by growing a high-quality, 50,000+ contact base of tech leaders, investors, and decision-makers.
• Lead Generation Campaigns: Build prospect lists and launch targeted outbound campaigns to convert leads into ticket buyers, sponsors, and partners.

About You:

• 3 - 5 years' experience in marketing or growth for B2B events, platforms, or marketplaces
• Strong understanding of both organic and performance marketing strategies
• Ability to segment and target audiences with tailored messaging and outreach
• Skilled in building and executing outbound lead generation campaigns
• Strategic thinker who's also ready to roll up their sleeves
• Interest in innovation, technology, and fast-growing ecosystems
• Comfortable in a start-up environment with autonomy and ownership
