Influencer Marketing Specialist.

The client is the UK's leading non-peroxide teeth whitening company, who have proudly whitened over 600,000 smiles.

Through continued growth within the UK, they are now expanding their Sales and Marketing team further by recruiting a Influencer Marketing Specialist

As a Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.

Your role is critical in connecting the brand with influential individuals who can reach and engage our target audience in authentic and compelling ways.

You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales though effective influencer partnerships.

This is a full time permanent opportunity, paying up to £35k DOE plus hybrid working - at least 3 days a week from their Beaconsfield office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to align with brand goals and objectives.
• Research and identify relevant influencer and creators within their niche.
  Plan, coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent management teams.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and expectations with influencer to ensure successful partnerships.
• Track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns using metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion.
  Optimise campaigns based on data insights and provide regular reports to the whole sales and marketing team.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related field (preferred not essential).
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Strong industry knowledge, specifically with social media platforms, influencer trends and emerging platforms.
• Evidence of hitting targets, managing budgets and return on investment.
• Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
