Insight Analyst - Clientside - Maternity Cover.

The Client

Our client is an association body within the financial services sector. They offer qualifications, training and support to members, customers and affiliates. Their Research & Insight team is looking to bring on board an Insight Analyst, to cover a maternity cover for c.12 months.

The Role

As Insight Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated in-house research team, where you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-profile research programmes. Working across a mix of quantitative and qualitative research projects, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from start to finish. The work you do will target affiliates, members and employers and will influence key decisions, through insight.

Key Duties Include:-

• Understanding the needs of key stakeholders and how research can assist in answering their questions
• Working with the Senior Insight Manager to scope out bespoke research projects, across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
• Managing and overseeing the fieldwork
• Working with online communities, including moderating and carrying out in-depth interviews
• Analysis and preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

- Will have a proven track record working across both quantitative and qualitative research projects, either within a research agency or clientside organisation

- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time

- Experience in writing questionnaires/discussion guides, moderating, online communities, checking data, writing reports and presenting findings

- A strong interest or experience in financial services

- Strong communicator, who enjoys telling the story behind the data
