Do you thrive behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly while others are on stage or in the spotlight?

We're hiring a Live Events Assistant to support a small, experienced team that works across tours, shows, podcast tapings, and festivals for some of the UK's best-known names in TV, music, and entertainment.

You'll be involved in all aspects of event planning and delivery - from managing schedules and booking logistics to liaising with venues, talent teams, and production partners. You'll also help with budgets, contracts, travel, and creative briefs.

This is a hands-on, varied role with room to grow. No two days are the same - one day you're in the office proofreading a press release, the next you're on-site at a live event.

📝 What you'll need:

• 1-2 years' experience in an assistant, admin or team coordinator role
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A calm, practical approach - especially when things get busy
• Interest in live entertainment, TV, music or events
• Willingness to attend events (evenings/weekends occasionally)
