Are you fun, passionate & outgoing? Do you LOVE creating unforgettable events? We're looking for a Meeting & Events Executive to join a vibrant hotel in the heart of London! 🏨✨

With 312 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms (including a theatre-style space!), you'll be at the heart of planning and delivering amazing meetings, events, and conferences for up to 446 guests!

What you'll do:
✅ Respond to client & agent enquiries quickly and professionally
✅ Plan, coordinate & deliver flawless events
✅ Conduct show-rounds for new and existing clients
✅ Maximise sales & revenue opportunities
✅ Maintain excellent client relationships throughout events
✅ Handle contracts, invoicing & event administration like a pro

What we're looking for:
🌟 Meetings & Events experience in a conference hotel or venue
🌟 Organised, detail-focused & deadline-driven
🌟 Excellent communication skills
🌟 Customer-focused with a flair for problem-solving
🌟 Experience with OPERA Cloud & Delphi is essential
