Are you ready to be part of a team that creates unforgettable events? From conferences and exhibitions to brand activations and awards, we deliver experiences that inspire. We're looking for a proactive Project Executive to support our delivery team across multiple projects.

What You'll Do:
🎯 Support Project Leads in planning and delivering events
📄 Maintain project documents, agendas & meeting notes
🤝 Source, negotiate & manage suppliers and venues
💰 Assist with budgets, POs, and supplier onboarding
🚀 Take ownership of specific project elements (registration, branding, catering, logistics & more!)
🏗️ Assist onsite with setup, breakdown & production support
📊 Support pitch prep and RFP administration

Who We're Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in an events or agency role is a plus
✅ Proactive, self-motivated & collaborative
✅ Excellent communicator (email, phone, in-person)
✅ Highly organised with attention to detail
✅ Able to manage multiple priorities & deadlines
✅ Flexible and adaptable - willing to travel if needed
💻 IT literate (MS Office; Procim/Google Docs a bonus)
🌍 Multilingual? Even better!
