Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the full delivery process across design, development and client teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
* Proactively identify and resolve blockers, helping junior team members and escalating issues when necessary.
* Maintain strong communication across teams, prioritising workload and ensuring expectations are managed effectively.

Skills:
* 3-4 years in a project coordination or operations role, ideally within a creative or digital agency.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and confident working under pressure.
* Clear communicator with excellent rapport-building and problem-solving skills.
