Performance Marketing Manager.

Are you looking for a new in-house role within Paid Search and Display for a global premium education company? The company have a billion-dollar funding as they are a private equity firm!

As a Performance Manager, you will lead on Paid Search Strategy, Campaign Management, and team management. You will take a lead on scaling the company's Paid Search activity!

The Role:

• Responsible for leading on managing Paid Search activity.
• Responsible for leading on the creation and development of Paid Search strategy.
• Responsible for working with the Head of Digital on strategy and to present strategies back to internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing 1 Performance Account Executive.

The Candidate:

• 3 years plus experience in Performance Marketing.
• Experienced in running and managing Lead Generation Paid Search campaigns.
• Experience in working towards KPI's such as, ROI, ROAS, CPA and Leads.
• Experienced in managing tier 1 internal and external stakeholders.
