Production support role.

We have a current opportunity for a Production support role on a temporary basis. The position is fully remote and runs for 6/7 weeks.

Responsibilities include:

• Organising pre-records, booking and recording presentations
• Basic phone/email research with delegates (for example to inform decisions on event locations)
• Research names and job functions for a list of target companies as provided by production teams
• Help book judges
• Send and follow up requests for nominations by deadline
• Track nominations and chase any missing ones to get them all by the deadline
• Send judges scorecards and give them a deadline to complete them by
• Track and chase scorecard responses by deadline
• Invites all nominees with discount (15% off or free if VVIP)
• Pre-record acceptance speeches for winners unable to attend in person
• Manage pre event communications to attendees, nominees and judges
