KEY DUTIES

• Lead qualitative research projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and strategic insight delivery.
• Manage client relationships, identify growth, and develop innovative, tailored research proposals.
• Mentor team members, promote collaboration, and drive research innovation and company values.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience leading large-scale qualitative research projects aligned with business objectives.
• Strong commercial skills managing key accounts and influencing senior clients with strategic proposals.
• Leadership experience mentoring teams, fostering growth, and maintaining a positive, collaborative culture.
