Qualitative Research Director - Research Consultancy.

The Company:-

An esteemed consultancy in strategic research, is currently in search of a Qualitative Research Director, to enhance and lead their qualitative offering. They are growing rapidly and want to embrace this growth by bringing in some additional talent to support the current team.

Recognised for their ingenuity and excellence they can also boast an array of industry awards too. Based in central London, they offer a hybrid working pattern.

The Qualitative Research Director will lead on projects, working closely with the team and also on mixed method projects with the quantitative team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering high quality strategic insight projects, for a wide range of clients including media, entertainment, FMCG and finance.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Overseeing the successful delivery of qualitative research projects

- Crafting business winning proposals

- Running fieldwork

- Form and implement insightful research initiatives, driving actionable insights for clients

- Develop and mentor team members, emphasising research methodologies, storytelling, and innovation

Requirements:-

- Strong track record in qualitative research, well versed across a variety of methodologies with a genuine passion for what you do

- Willingness to still be involved in the day-to-day execution of the projects as well as leading the team on their projects.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to succeed in formulating winning proposals and implementing innovative methodologies

- Proven ability in leading and developing teams, ensuring future success
