The Company

Our client is a strategic insight consultancy, who work in partnership with their clients helping them to make key business decisions based on research & insight programmes. They pride themselves on putting their team, clients and the consumers at the heart of everything they do, and shaping their research projects around their needs. They work across a variety of sectors, including; retail FMCG, technology and media. Research is focused around U&A, segmentation, customer experience, ad testing and market evaluation. They are now looking for either a Research Manager or Associate Director to join them.

The Role

The purpose of the role is to design and deliver research and insight programmes, taking ownership of at least two accounts and being a core part of the team on others. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of these projects, from inception through to completion.

Key Duties Include:-

- A key contact for your clients at all stages of the project from briefs and proposing methodologies, through to delivering insightful reports and presentations

- Writing and delivering successful research proposals to win business

- Designing research surveys and then leading on the project from inception through to completion

- Managing and overseeing project teams delivering the project brief to time and budget

- Writing reports and presenting to clients

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with a strong background in quantitative research methodologies

You will be either a Research Manager or Associate Director level, with a proven track record in managing both ad hoc and tracking projects successfully

You will be a strong project manager, who can manage several projects at one time

You will have a proven track record in building and developing strong client relationships

You will have the ability to turn data and research findings into actionable insights that your client can use to make key business decisions and implement change
