French Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position Overview: Are you a fluent French speaker with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships? We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting appointments for our sales team. If you're a proactive communicator with a drive to succeed, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients in the French-speaking market.
  • Qualify leads through strategic research and targeted communication to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media channels to nurture relationships and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent or Native in French with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or technology-related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
