The Company:

An award winning and established digital marketing agency based in London, with offices across the globe. They are skilled in offering services across Consultancy, Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Print, Data Science and more!

The Role:

My client is looking for an organised and experienced professional to come in and implement strategy, process and procedure for the sales department. This role is essentially a hybrid of sales and project management, you will work closely with the Sales Director on how to structure the sales processes and to ensure it is streamlined across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a project plan at the outset and managing that process
  • Elements to the process;
    • Procurement portal management (10+ documents)
    • The moment the briefs come in, digest that information and help the business understand that
    • Creating briefs that are simple and easy to understand for the wider business and clients
    • Coordinate the internal deadlines (managing changing plans)
    • Flag any internal process issues/ improvements that can be made
    • Extend to commercials - link to speak with commercials and connect the dots
    • Liaising with channel, client teams, T&C's and Commercials
  • Suggest methods on how to house everything in one place moving forward
  • Manage and create processes for improvement
  • Cross/Sell and up-sell elements

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  • Proven organisation skills.
  • Experience in communicating with high level internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a project management focused role where you have implemented change/new processes etc
  • The ability to work independently as well as being part of the wider team/business
  • Previous working experience in a Digital Marketing Agency/Similar industry is preferred
