We are looking for this company's next E-Commerce expert! We are partnered with a well-established SAAS business that provides a platform used by huge E-Commerce blue-chip companies.
They operate globally and their platform supports clients with Order Management, Content Management, Pricing/Campaign management and much more!
They are currently on the hunt for an ECommerce Customer Success Lead, to join their thriving team who excels in being client facing, too! This is a great role to combine your interest in technology and experience of E-Commerce, and you'll also be tasked with managing a team.
The Role
- You will be an eCommerce expert for your clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, and feeding back internally with any issues/suggestions
- Building strong relationships with your clients from onboarding through to renewals
- Develop an understanding of each clients' needs and help them achieve success
- Ensure retention of existing clients and seeking the opportunity to grow these accounts
The Candidate
- 6+ years' previous B2B experience within E-Commerce will allow you to hit the ground running
- A keen interest and understanding of technology while being analytical will make it a lot easier to understand the product and its potential
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally will ensure you are able to build strong relationships and grow your accounts
- High standards of written and spoken English to be able to communicate with your client base effectively
- Resilient and positive, with a creative approach to problem solving will allow you to react quickly and provide your clients with the best service
