Are you a marketing leader who loves big ideas AND getting things done? We're looking for someone to take the reins of a fast-growing international events company delivering high-impact gatherings for senior technology and cybersecurity leaders around the world.

You'll lead the marketing team, own the website, and drive campaigns that bring the right people to the right events - think delegate acquisition, brand building, and pipeline growth all rolled into one.

💡 What you'll do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

• Design multi-channel campaigns to attract CIOs, CISOs, and other senior tech leaders.

• Own the company website as a hub for leads, engagement, and brand presence.

• Collaborate with the commercial team to create revenue-driving campaigns and partnerships.

• Track, analyse, and optimise campaigns with HubSpot and data-driven insights.

• Manage suppliers, budgets, and the marketing tech stack to maximise ROI.

🎯 What we're looking for:

• Proven marketing leadership in events, conferences, or B2B media (tech/cyber preferred).

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, digital campaigns, and website management.

• Strong data skills to inform strategy and improve results.

• Experience leading and scaling a marketing team.

• Adobe Creative Suite skills for event signage and marketing materials.

• Commercial mindset - you know how to turn marketing into measurable business impact.
