📍 Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid/flexible)
💷 Salary: £55K-£60K + up to 20% performance-based bonus
✈️ Travel: Some UK & occasional international travel

What You'll Be Doing:
🎯 Lead a team of 4-6 event professionals, mentoring and inspiring them to deliver excellence.
🎉 Oversee complex, end-to-end events from proposal to on-site delivery.
💼 Manage budgets, client accounts, and suppliers, ensuring projects are profitable and on-brand.
🤝 Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner.
📝 Create proposals, identify business development opportunities, and support team growth.
