Are you organised, detail-focused, and love being at the heart of events? We're looking for an Event Assistant to help make in-person and virtual events run smoothly from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Working with sponsors to gather event materials
✅ Updating systems and websites with the latest content
✅ Preparing event graphics, documents & social media banners
✅ Sending updates to delegates and sponsors
✅ Organising travel, equipment & event resources
✅ Supporting on-the-day tasks at events, both in the UK & abroad
✅ Assisting with virtual events
✅ Handling post-event follow-ups
