Senior Marketing Executive.

The client is the UK's leading non-peroxide teeth whitening company, who have proudly whitened over 600,000 smiles.

Through continued growth within the UK, they are now expanding their Sales and Marketing team further by recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive.

Reporting into the Founder/CEO/Head of Sales and Marketing, you will develop & manage Instagram social media activity & influencer relationships with a key objective of increasing brand product & brand service awareness through social media platforms.

Working alongside the marketing calendar you will plan, create & post engaging content whether still, reel or influencer that meets the social media channel(s) best suited, keeping the customers, community & premium brand positioning at the heart of everything you do.

You will not only support but lead in the development and execution of global influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns ensuring activities are aligned with business and brand objectives.

You will then be required to execute it across departments, accurately measuring its effectiveness, optimising it to achieve marketing and business goals.

This is a full time permanent opportunity, paying up to £35k DOE plus hybrid working - at least 3 days a week from their Beaconsfield office.

Please note this role would prefer employees to work in office 5 days a week, however there is room for flexibility, e.g 3 days in office 2 WFH

The Person

• A minimum of 2 years B2C marketing experience with a specific focus on social media and influencer marketing

• Strong, creative, and persuasive verbal and written communicator with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience creating successful marketing campaigns and content marketing
• A passion to learn and develop professionally

• Strong organisation skills, and the ability to work with competing demands
