Social Media Manager.

Our client is a leading UK based Dream Car Competition company, who were first established back in 1999. They run weekly competitions, to give customers the opportunity to win their Dream Car along with cash prizes and luxury lifestyle rewards.

Based in South West London, they are now looking to hire a Social Media Manager to support the Head Of Acquisition on driving consumer engagement.

As Social Media Manager, you will be tasked with managing all social channels, driving the strategy and content calendar as well as managing a mix of paid and organic campaigns.

You will be responsible for uploading all the organic content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok. This includes working on the social content calendar ideas with the team, briefing the designers and videographers, and adding content on a daily basis.

You will also be creating Meta Ads on Instagram and Facebook, so you will need to be experienced with Meta Ads Manager and be creative and ROI-driven. Their TikTok channel is fairly new therefore they will require someone to spearhead this channel and push this forward.

This is a full time, permanent role paying up to £45K basic salary plus 25 days holiday allowance and hybrid working - 2 days WFH and 3 days in office (Tue, Wed, Thu).

Skills and Experience:

• Ideally 3+ years marketing experience
• Must have experience managing multiple social media channels organically, particularly Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Must have experience of regularly using Meta Ads Manager for Facebook & Instagram
• Excellent copywriting skills essential
• Design/Photoshop skills desirable
• Experience working with other ad platforms such as Google, Reddit, Taboola or Outbrain would be a bonus
• An understanding of influencer marketing
• Demonstrable campaign reporting and analysis
• Confident and with a creative mindset
• Inquisitive and keen to explore new ways to grow the customer base
• A keen eye for detail
