The Person

You are a finalist-level or recently qualified Trade Mark Attorney, looking to move to an agile firm that can offer greater autonomy and responsibility than some traditional practices.

Experience of contentious and no-contentious trade mark work would be advantageous. You should enjoy marketing and networking with UK based clients in particular, and possess the commercial maturity to advise clients on their respective trade mark filing strategies.

The Role

This is a newly created position as a result of key expansion plans for the firm throughout 2021 and beyond. The position is a unique proposition, as you will work with a high proportion of UK based clients that require individual attention and development. You will handle a wide range of trade mark cases across a variety of sectors, brands and vertical markets.

You'll be working in a dedicated Trade Mark practice group, that promotes a flat structure so teamwork is more accessible for Attorneys and key support paralegals and legal assistants too.
