ROLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: £40,000 base + £20,000 OTE + £500/month car allowance
LOCATION: South East England (Remote-first with regional field visits)

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into long-term clients through outbound calls and in-person meetings

• Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through to close, supported by SDRs

• Feed market insights back to shape product development and go-to-market strategy

Skills:

• 1-3 years' sales experience (field, B2B, B2C or door-to-door)

• Excellent communicator with proven ability to build client relationships

• Full UK driving licence and open to regional travel
