They are expanding our European operations and are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners across DACH.
- Drive partner acquisition, on boarding, and enablement programs to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) to support partner success.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within existing partnerships.
- Work closely with leading Financial Services, Broadcast, Health care, and Technology brands to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure partner adherence to company policies, particularly in data protection and compliance.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and training to enhance partner capabilities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a channel management or similar partner-facing role, ideally within the software or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of data protection, security, and compliance solutions.
- Fluency in German and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
