Our client, an independent digital marketing agency, is currently going through rapid expansion and looking to add a Chief Marketing Officer to join their Senior Leadership team.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal time for the company, developing the key strategies to further drive business growth and cement the business as a market leader.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering full flexible working (with the need to have a presence occasionally within their London office) and salaries of £120-£150K + 25% bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic marketing for the agency, driving different channels and areas of marketing
• Heading up a small team of Heads of Marketing
• Creating clear messaging across all specialisms

The Person:

• Experience as a CMO would be preferable, however strategically focused Head of Marketing will be considered.
• Digital Marketing/Social agency experience is required for this position
• Background of marketing within agency is essential
• Ability to produce thought leadership content, proven experience in driving messaging and new channels
