💷 £80,000 - £90,000 + 20% bonus
🛫 Must have large-scale exhibition marketing experience in defence, military, security or aviation

Are you a senior B2B marketer ready to take full ownership of a globally recognised event in the defence & security sector?

This is not your average Head of Marketing role. You'll lead strategy, digital, campaigns, brand, and team - with full autonomy and commercial impact on one of the biggest exhibitions in its space. 👇

🧠 What you'll be doing:
✅ Owning the end-to-end marketing plan
✅ Driving visitor, delegate & exhibitor campaigns
✅ Leading a small team & agency network
✅ Managing digital, PR, branding, and performance
✅ Collaborating with Sales, Ops & Content
✅ Reporting on ROI, insights & KPIs

🧳 What we're looking for:
🔒 5+ years in senior B2B event marketing
🎯 Proven experience with large-scale trade shows
🌍 Experience in defence, military, aviation or security
✍️ Strong copy, digital & team leadership skills
💡 Commercial, confident, organised & calm under pressure

🌐 International exposure & tech stack know-how a plus.

📍 Office-based 4 days a week (Kensington), 1 day WFH
🌍 International travel may be required
🎟️ Event season = all hands on deck
