Paid Social Executive.

Are you a Paid Social expert ready to take ownership and make an impact?

I am looking for a confident, proactive Paid Social Executive to join a growing team with a global media agency that specialises within Automotive, Financial and Tech markets.

In this role, you will lead paid social activity for mid-sized advertiser patches, managing campaigns end-to-end across Meta, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms. You will work alongside senior team members to shape strategy, test new approaches, and deliver tangible results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own campaigns: manage setup, optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
• Lead advertiser patches: ensure consistent performance, accuracy, and impact.
• Collaborate with strategy teams: craft paid social recommendations and respond to briefs with smart, data-driven tactics.
• Champion innovation: run tests, explore new platforms, and help evolve our paid social offering.
• Support the team: mentor junior members and contribute to our culture of collaboration and excellence.

About You:

• 1+ years' hands-on experience running paid social campaigns - B2B and LinkedIn expertise is a bonus.
• A strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, testing, and performance analysis.
• Strong communication skills - you can translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• A problem-solver with attention to detail, especially around tracking and QA.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A genuine passion for staying ahead of social platform trends and driving innovation.
