🌍 Social Media Strategist | Remote-First (London HQ in Progress) | £50-55K

We're partnering exclusively with a growing, independent social-first agency that's expanding into the UK after major success in Ireland - and they're looking for their first UK-based Social Media Strategist.

This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the founding team members in London, shaping strategy for household names in FMCG, retail, entertainment, and hospitality - including Tesco and M&S.

📍 Location: Remote-first (London-based, with plans for office space in Marylebone)
💰 Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
🏢 Team: 30 people in Dublin,
🧠 Focus: Social-first campaign strategy (not just analytics)

🚀 About the Role:

As the first strategist hire in the UK, you'll play a key role in shaping the agency's strategic output and client relationships. Working closely with the UK Business Director and leadership team in Dublin, you'll help craft impactful, platform-native campaigns that connect brands to culture and community.

You'll be involved in everything from idea development and campaign planning, to pitching and rolling out strategies for some of the most exciting names in retail and hospitality.

🎯 What They're Looking For:

• Strong agency-side experience - ideally from a social-first environment

• Proven experience delivering strategic social campaigns, not just reporting

• Confident working across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, etc.)

• Comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to clients

• Bonus points if you've had a hand in campaign creation or concepting
